(More customer reviews)The LG Steam Dryer is the next Yugo. The steam generator has problems with corrosion if anything other than high cost demineralize water is used. The dryer I received broke down 1/2 way through its first cycle. LG refuses to replace the unit despite having failed multiple attempts to repair it(2 months since I purchased the unit and I am still having to wash at Suds-your-duds). One LG representative told me and I quote "it is an act of God to get an LG appliance returned after it has been installed in a home". I believe that LG got this one wrong. I purchased the unit after reading Good House Keeping magazine's review. I now know that good housekeeping just looks at paint color and not at any mechanics that actually make a difference to the consumer.
