The old mat was beyond cleaning, so it was time for a fresh one.
This Rubbermaid mat is just what I wanted. A classic, thick, non-slip mat from a manufacturer I've trusted for years, embossed with a subtle wave pattern. Yes, the price is higher than the mats imported from China, but it just isn't worth it to save a couple of dollars. Five stars for a great product.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Ginsey Rubbermaid Rubber Bath Mat

Add a layer of comfort and safety to the bathtub with this bath mat from Ginsey Rubbermaid. The mat's grooved wave-pattern texture provides secure footing, while the skid-resistant suction cups underneath grip smooth surfaces to keep it firmly in place. Made with latex-free and anti-microbial materials, the mat is designed to stay clean, prevent bacterial buildup, and go easy on the skin. It measures 1/2 inch thick, covers a 17-by-36-inch surface, and can be machine washed for maintenance.

Get 34% OFF

Click here for more information about Ginsey Rubbermaid Rubber Bath Mat
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466871210356410425.post-75270646938995903852012-04-17T14:38:00.000-04:002012-04-17T14:38:00.616-04:00Panasonic NN-H965BF Luxury Full-Size 2.2-Cubic-Foot 1,250-Watt

It meets my primary requirement for a microwave, which is that you can put food into it, press 3 0 START, and it cooks for 30 seconds at full power. (It's amazing how many microwaves fail that test, requiring some other key before the time. Easy enough if you know how to use it, but not for visitors.)
It can do relatively complex sequences like:
- Wait 5 minutes (to line up completion time with other foods)
- Cook 4 minutes
- Wait 20 seconds (to give me time to stir)
- Cook 3 minutes
- Wait 2 minutes (post-cook "let stand" time)
It'll prompt you through most operations, though ... the ... prompting ... is ... kind ... of ... tedious.
The Sensor Reheat feature seems to do a pretty good job of warming food up to a good serving temperature. It overwarms frozen corn dogs a little, but only a little.
I haven't used it much, but the Sensor Cook feature did a good job on baked potatoes.
Complaints:
It's going to sound picky, but my biggest complaint with this microwave is that its beeper isn't loud enough. It's a little chirp-chirp that you could easily miss if you're in the next room. It does repeat the chirp every few minutes until you open the door.
The child lock is too hard to use. My other child-lockable appliances have a button with a lock icon on it; if you hold the button for about 5 seconds it locks or unlocks the device. For this one, though, the sequence is Function, 5, 1 to lock and Function, 5, 2 to unlock. (I had to go check.) Too hard to remember, and if you don't know that it starts with "Function" you're just hosed.
Nits:
There are a few features I don't use yet (and so at the moment they represent unnecessary complexity) - Popcorn, More/Less. "Quick Minute" doesn't seem like enough of a win to be worth a dedicated button - 1 0 0 START vs QM START? 6 0 START if you optimize a bit means QM only cuts out one keystroke. If you need three minutes, QM QM QM START is the same as 3 0 0 START.
I'd like a "hard pause" feature, where it would stop a cook sequence and beep, and then resume the cook sequence when I press "Start" after I stir the food.
[ July 2009 ]
Still happy with it, no problems.
[ October 2009 ]
At right about 3 years... just started smoking and shutting itself off. That's not good.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Panasonic NN-H965BF Luxury Full-Size 2.2-Cubic-Foot 1,250-Watt Microwave Oven, Black

Panasonic NN-H965BF Luxury full-size2.2 cu.ft. 1250 Watt , Easy-to-use Button Control,Multi-Lingual Menu Action Screen, One-Touch Sensor Cooking (19 Categories), One-Touch Sensor Reheat, Inverter Turbo Defrost, Keep Warm , Popcorn Key, Quick Minute, More/Less Control (Black)

Get 20% OFF

Click here for more information about Panasonic NN-H965BF Luxury Full-Size 2.2-Cubic-Foot 1,250-Watt Microwave Oven, Black
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466871210356410425.post-77568201419384427722012-04-16T10:11:00.000-04:002012-04-16T10:11:00.648-04:00LG Washer SteamWasher Front Load, 4.2 Cu Ft - White Review
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)After our cheap-o washing machine and dryer broke down, we decided to make a Black Friday purchase and get both the dryer and washing machines from Best Buy. My husband and I researched the heck out of what was available on the market. We compared features, cleaning options, and prices. I came across one site that had over 1700 reviews for this machine alone - the average review was a 5 out of 5.
I could not be happier with the products. While it is true the washing cycle takes longer than a top load washer, the end result is amazingly different. The matching dryer seems to work more efficiently than our old one and makes up for the time difference between loads. My toddlers socks came out white and the dirt stains gone. Even some of the old stains were removed. There are a lot of fancy dials and sounds on the machine however once you get accustomed to the settings, it is very easy to use. The pre-wash and steam features are a nice bonus. I especially like the top area to load the soap and fabric softner. The load capability seems quite large to me. Several pairs of jeans, pants and tops can go in at once. While running, the machine is fairly quiet. This is a beneficial feature since our laundry room is located in the center of our home. Is it wrong to fall in love with an appliance? If so, guilty as charged. Now if only they could automate the folding process I would be in heaven!!

Click Here to see more reviews about: LG Washer SteamWasher Front Load, 4.2 Cu Ft - White

The LG SteamWasher Front Load Washer includes 9 Programs, 5 Wash/Rinse Temperatures, and 12 Options and includes Dial-A-Cycle , Direct Drive Motor, LoDecibel Quiet Operation, TrueBalance, Delay Wash, and is Energy Star Compliant. At first, it was great. Then at the 3 month mark, it started to tear up my loads. No water, and as a result, the loads dry spin, tearing them up. If you have time to sit and babysit your loads, then buy this machine. I have lost approx. $150 worth of garments due to this machine. After weeks of diligent research, I chose Maytag as the most reputable. Now I am left with a machine that will destroy loads l. $600 for nothing! I will never buy another item from Maytag!

Click Here to see more reviews about: Maytag Performance Series MHWE200XW 27 4 cu. But it is awesome! I have been on a quest for a 'good' dish drainer for years and had just about given up. I hesitated to spend so much on a dish drainer. I do not regret it at all now. I absolutely love my Dry Gent! It is so roomy, but really does not take up as much room as you would think. I like the TWO utensil holders, the drain pan (of course), the towel holder and especially like the 'flat' areas in the drainer. The Dry Gent is just perfect. I love it. I actually smile every time I use it! They ar the same material that is already on the bottom of my washer feet, just lots more of it. The do NOT dampen any vibration, and possibly make more because they make it nearly immposible to get the machine level. They create a more wabbley base. My 2nd floor laundry room was very level and so was my washer but on the highest spin with heavy loads the energy is transfered to the house creating very tiny wavelength vibrations. My washer did NOT wabble, walk or move at all with out these feet. With these feet under it never felt level. My husband and I spent HOURS with it trying to get it stable and level. It never felt stable. We decided to give it a week to try to see if it was us simply noticing everything again but we saw nor felt any change or improvement over the time in which we used these.
If you need grip feet I think these will be good for you, otherwise they are NOT ANITVIBRATION feet.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Anti-Vibration Pads for Washers and Dryers

This pack of 4 anti-vibration pads from Derens and General Electric is safe for all types of flooring. The steam generator has problems with corrosion if anything other than high cost demineralize water is used. The dryer I received broke down 1/2 way through its first cycle. LG refuses to replace the unit despite having failed multiple attempts to repair it(2 months since I purchased the unit and I am still having to wash at Suds-your-duds). One LG representative told me and I quote "it is an act of God to get an LG appliance returned after it has been installed in a home". I believe that LG got this one wrong. I purchased the unit after reading Good House Keeping magazine's review. I now know that good housekeeping just looks at paint color and not at any mechanics that actually make a difference to the consumer.

Click Here to see more reviews about: LG : DLE2301W 27 Electric Dryer with 7.3 cu. ft. I decided on this model specifically because I could get a great deal on shipping via Amazon prime. But I wanted to answer a couple of questions that I had before buying the item that I didn't really see answered anywhere else. Hopefully this helps some people.-This unit is great for singles or possibly even couples. I am single but love to cook, I also work a full time job and am going to school full time, so spending 20-30 minutes (Because I let them overflow) a few times per week doing dishes by hand is just impracticable. I was a little worried about what you can actually fit in it, and I don't know what the heck a place setting is, so here is what I could fit in it in one load: One large Frying pan, One Medium Sauce Pan, A couple large drinking glasses, a "standard" dinner plate (I am guessing 10.5"?), a couple of small plastic containers, and a few cooking utensils. I was able to make these all fit by removing the cutlery basket - I figure that I have enough forks/spoons to save them for the next time. So there is a practical expectation of what you can fit. It seemed to clean all of that stuff very good on the normal setting. If I was having company over I may have to run two separate loads, one for pots & pans and one for plates, bowls, glasses, etc.- I am fairly impressed with the quality of this unit. I was a little worried that this would be more of a toy or a novelty item, but it really does work great. It works exactly the same way as a full sized dish washer does, just on a smaller scale. The faucet hookup makes it flexible and easy to install. It was very easy, it took me about 5-10 minutes until everything was up and running. -The size is bigger than I was expecting, I will admit I had assumed that I had plenty of space and didn't measure - Luckily I have about a 1/2 Inch of clearance from under my cabinets and about an inch on every other side - It was a really tight fit, you should not be stupid like me and measure before purchasing.-The unit is pretty loud, pretty comparable with a standard dish washer, I would guess that they have less room for sound dampening with the smaller size. It doesn't bother me but it is something to keep in mind for small apartments if you have sensitive neighbors.Just some other tid-bits:
-Unlike some models I looked at, this unit has a drain pump instead of draining via gravity, so in theory you might be able to put this at a lower level than your sink, like under your cabinets. I haven't tried that, but the drain water does come out with substantial pressure.
-It comes with the quick connect faucet connector for hooking your drain/input hoses all together. It also has a separate drain hose for permanent installation, the manual says that you will have to supply your own input hose though for permanent installation.
-This unit uses a "dumping" method for the detergent. You put the detergent in an indent on the door and it dumps it when you close it. So there is no sort of "Pre Rinse" or anything.
-It seems to handle pausing the cycle pretty good. Even pausing the unit in the middle of draining doesn't phase it at all. Nice for me because I frequently forget to put things in until the wash cycle is halfway done.
-It does have a spot on the door for putting Rinse Agents in (Like Jet Dry, etc), which should help with drying. A nice addition!
-Speaking of drying, the unit doesn't seem to have any sort of air or steam drying or anything. It just sits for 15-20 minutes after the rinse cycle and waits for the water to evaporate to dry the dishes. Works great for glasses, plates, pans, etc. Not so great for plastic, which doesn't retain heat as good, but this seems like the case with a lot of dish washers, I can deal with it.
-The unit claims to use a max of 1280 watts (1200 for the heating element), and 2.5 Gallons of water per cycle. The Normal Cycle lasts 90 minutes, and the Heavy cycle lasts about 120 Minutes, Light is around 40 minutes. All in all, I am very satisfied with the unit, and the awesome deal on Amazon prime shipping. I also purchased the 3 Year Squaretrade warranty just in case. I have no worries that I will need it, but I have heard that these portable units in general are prone to leaking. Again, I am not concerned about THIS particular model, but the additional warranty was just about $20 or so and I have heard great things about Squaretrade. I would definitely recommend this to any singles/couples stuck in an apartment without a dishwasher, and sick of tired of doing them by hand.
I will update this review if anything changes.
***3 Week Update***
I am STILL very pleased with the unit, it has saved me so much time. It is definitely holding up fine, and once you learn how to pack things in there you can easily fit MORE than I had posted in the original review. I am also impressed as you are able to fit full sized cookie sheets and pizza pans in it (Just put them on the very top).
After using it for about a month, I would recommend as a tip that you use the Gel detergents over the powdered detergents, as I have noticed that sometimes the powdered detergent can leave residue on the dried dishes. It just seems like the gel detergent mixes better.
Other than that, I still recommend this. Of course I will update it if anything else happens.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Haier HDC1804TW 4-Place-Setting Tabletop Dishwasher

Some may love washing dishes by hand, but for those who don't or have too busy of a schedule, this tabletop dishwasher offers exceptional time-saving convenience. The unit features a stainless-steel spray arm and tub that won't chip, crack, or rust, and its spacious cavity can hold up to four place settings--perfect for apartments or smaller size kitchens. Stand salad and dinner plates in the upright position, bowls at an angle, cups upside down along the upper tier, and silverware in the utensil basket. Then choose from three automatic wash cycles--heavy, normal, and gentle--by making a selection from the machine's user-friendly electronic touch-pad controls. Add soap--and it takes care of the rest. The dishwasher offers a quick sink-connect option or a fixed-installation option, and its compact design stores easily and out of the way in a standard-size kitchen cabinet when not in use, helping to keep those countertops clear for other daily tasks. Additional highlights include a heavy-duty removable lower rack, a convenient drain pump, and a high-quality filtration system. In a sleek, modern design and weighing about 50 pounds, the tabletop dishwasher measures 18-8/9 by 22-3/5 by 17-1/5 inches.

Get 10% OFF

Click here for more information about Haier HDC1804TW 4-Place-Setting Tabletop Dishwasher
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466871210356410425.post-45119581474132600422012-04-10T17:12:00.000-04:002012-04-10T17:12:00.695-04:00Frigidaire Washer Door Bellows Kit 134515300 Review
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Arrived pronto, easy to fit with clear instructions, saved us a lot of money. I wondered if any savings in water might be more than offset by electricity usage. But while I don't see a significant difference in the utility bills it seems pretty plain these appliances are more efficient than our old ones were (I didn't do any actual before/after comparisons). I certainly don't recommend anyone replace functioning appliances (that doesn't seem environmentally-friendly, does it?) but when the need arises I think it's worth the higher price.
This washer uses a *lot* less water and detergent compared to our prior washer, due to the horizontal design which tumbles the clothes through a smaller amount of soapy water instead of in a huge tub. They also run a *lot* longer, but presumably more efficiently. The electronic interface wasn't as daunting as it appeared at first glance, and it's actually quite easy to use. Since we have a family of four active kids we purchased the larger capacity appliances, but even when running smaller loads it seems worthwhile. They were also plenty tall without adding the platform/storage drawer beneath.
We've only noticed 2 negatives: First, dark fabrics that tend to bleed can discolor other fabrics much easier since it's using less water, making sorting an even greater priority. Second, the lengthly rolling motion tends to leave the clothes a bit drier than our prior spinning model did, but for some reason clothes left for even short periods before transferring to the dryer seem to mildew very easily - still trying to figure out why this is happening. (EDIT: It was suggested in the comments that liquid fabric softener may be contributing to the "mildew smell." We've stopped using it and it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore.) Also note that you must purchase a different type of detergent for these machines, which is poured into a pre-measuring tray (along with bleach and softeners) prior to starting. But overall, it works very well and we're pleased with this washing machine.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Samsung : WF419AAW 4.3 cu. ft. I came across this item while searching for something else. I had no intention of buying anything like this nor knew it even existed until I discovered it. I read the reviews positive and negative. Most of the reviews I read on other sites complained more about the company's customer service rather than the product itself. But after doing my research, I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try.
I live on the 4th floor of a 4 floor walk up in NYC. We have laundry facilities in the basement of the building and a few laundry mats near by, but like I said I'm lazy and hate doing laundry. I've had this unit for over a month and have done many loads. To make a long story short, this machine works for me. Here's my take:
Pros:
*Inexpensive: for what it does, its a fairly good buy at $40. As for detergents, bleach and fabric softener, I only have to use 1 - 2 tbsps. depending on the size of the load or less if the detergent is 2x concentrated. My building laundry costs about $3 a load, I average 3 loads a session, so I figure with the savings on quarters and detergent, this machine will pay for itself in no time.
*Convenient: I can wash a load in my apartment anytime day or night during the weeknight or on the weekend. My clothes don't pile up as much anymore. I find that I wash my clothes more often because of the convenience.
*Small: The unit only weights 6lbs when empty and is very portable. I live in a tiny one bedroom with little extra space. I can just put this away in my closet when not in use.
*Sanitary: I can wash my clothes without worrying about whatever kind of nastiness has been washed previously in the community washer. My building's machines are always dirty and usually need to be wiped down.
*Quick: Although you can technically "wash" a load in 2 minutes, you also need to factor in the draining and rinsing time. So I would say to wash a full load of laundry takes about 5 minutes. Which is still very quick compared to a conventional washer.
*Effective: I don't expect miracles from this machine. I still pre-treat my clothes if necessary and I still use bleach in my wash loads when need. I have to say with some hot water and 2 - 5 minutes of labor, my clothes come out very clean.
*Manually Powered: I'm a gadget person, so I love to push buttons and make cool things happen, however, a lot has to be said for going old school. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about where to plug the unit in or that a motor burning out. A little arm workout doesn't hurt either.
Cons:
*The machine is basically made of plastic. The manufacture says that it's made of the highest, most durable plastic, but at times the brackets do seem a bit wobbly. The washer itself seems sturdy. The base is questionable. Some of the small screw caps did not stay in place, but they are not essential to the unit staying together or washing properly.
*Can be messy: Washing clothes in this unit is not the tidiest of processes. I initially tried it in my kitchen, but I spilled more water than I used, so I eventually move the unit to my bathtub and found that it fits perfectly and I don't have a problem with water being everywhere.
*No assembly instructions: The unit does not come with a lot of instructions on how to put it together, but it's not that difficult to figure out. You are really only assembling the base not the tub. You really can look at the pieces laid out and see how it all fits together. It took me less than 10 minutes to unbox and assemble.
*Where the suction?: The unit does have suction cups for stability, but I have to say they stick the best when you don't need them to. When the water splashes, the suction cups tend to not stay in place. However, I've found when using the unit in the bathtub, this wasn't an issue. The unit did still slide around a bit but not enough to disrupt the washing process.
*Bait and Switch: When I received my Wonder Wash I was surprised to find they sent me a Sputnik 3 that looks exactly like a Wonder Wash, but was renamed. I hadn't seen anything on their site claiming they renamed the units, so I was a little suspicious. However, the unit seems to do what the Wonder Wash claims to do, so I kept the unit. I can, however, see how other reviewers see this as a bait and switch and question the quality of the Sputnik 3 compared to the Wonder Wash. I can only speak for my unit and say that so far I haven't had any problems. I do think the manufacturer should really clear this up or stop sending out the Sputnik 3s as Wonder Wash.
*Hard to Crank: When I first started using the unit, it was at times hard to crank. But, through trial and error, I found that the amount of water you use for the size of the load is every important. The instructions say that the smaller the load less water is needed, but I didn't necessarily find that to be the case all the time. I eventually found that over time you will be able to determine what the right clothes to water ratio is to make it crank smoothly. The right amount of water in the unit can make the cranking action effortless.
*The Tricky Lid: The lid for the machine can be a little tricky. It's almost like working with a child-proof cap to get the right fit. The trick is to unscrew the lid all the way until you almost take the screw out. Place the lid on the unit and lock the lid in the groves around the unit. Hold the lid in place around the groves and then tighten screw back all the way down. By doing this, you get the tightest fit and therefore the most pressure and fewer leaks. When you loosen the lid after a wash, you should hear a hissing sound of the air releasing, then you know you had a good tight fit.
*No Spin Cycle: Since this is not your typical washing machine with a spin cycle you will need to either ring your clothes dry by hand or do like I did and buy an Spin Dryer Centrifugal Clothes Portable Spin Dryer. As stated before I'm lazy when it comes to laundry, so wring out the clothes after washing would have been deal breaker in buying a Wonder Wash. The Spin Dryer completes the Wonder Wash.
Overall, I like the machine. Yes, I can see areas of improvement, but so far, so good. That's not to say that if given the choice I wouldn't buy a regular washer, but for my current situation it works. Especially now that the cold weather is on it's way, the thought of staying in my warm apartment and getting a couple of loads of laundry done in about 30 mins. makes the Wonder Wash a really good buy for me.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Wonderwash

This is a hand-cranked, non-electric mini washing machine that washes loads clean in only 1-2 minutes using 90% less water and detergent. It is small, compact, and would be great for a small apartment as it stores easily. Doing large items would be harder, but it is fine for a shirt or touching up slacks. It has a padded top, and a cover is not necessary for use. It seems sturdy on a table top, but is lightweight. If you iron most of your things, or large tablecloths and such, consider a larger and more sturdy board. It is exactly what I expected, the price was great and I am pleased with it.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Polder Deluxe Tabletop Ironing Board, Natural

Perfect for smaller dwellings such as apartments and dorm rooms, Polder's deluxe tabletop ironing board offers a space-saving design that fits easily into a closet or under the bed, then folds out to provide steady service on any table or counter. After checking reviews on a lot of different sources (epinions, amazon, consumerreports, jdpowers, buzzillions) I decided on an LG but a different model.
I went to sears and they didn't have the model I had settled on - they directed me to this one. More checking of reviews ensued. I ended up buying this from Sears. On sale, + 5% off for using my sears account plus no financing for a year it was a reasonable deal. $665.00.
My husband did the pick up and installation and that was easy. (Don't forget to take out the shipping bolts!)
There were two things that stood out right away when we ran our first few loads -
1) The clothes were WAY cleaner than they had been in our top loader. I mean, seriously, I don't even know how to describe it. Just, wow, I didn't know a washing machine could get things so clean.
2) The dryer time was cut in half or better. A load of towels will dry in 20 minutes on the permanent press setting! AWESOME!
On the down side the cycle times are a little longer - Averaging just under an hour. The sanitize cycle is 1hr40-min. One reviewer had a complaint about water temperature. I have no idea how hot the water gets and will never have the energy to figure it out. I'm happy enough just seeing how clean everything is. Dish towels run in the sanitize cycle came out smelling clean. Yay!
The machine has a speed wash that will complete in just under 30 minutes. How cool is that? If you are behind on your laundry and just need to get some loads through you can have loads going through every half hour and you don't have to wait for the dryer because the clothes are spun dry so well their dry time is short.
The only real down side is that it is a myth to think you are now free to wash bulky things like king comforters. The load won't balance to spin and so the machine just keeps trying to balance it but it can't. However, I think it will work to wash the bulky items and stand by for the spin cycle. Just pull the clean comforter out and air dry it. (or squeeze it out yourself and put it in the dryer.
We debated on the 179.00 for an extended warranty. Because this material is domestically made with 100% recycled rubber, this floor protector mat is both socially and ecologically responsible. Recycled rubber is a superior material for reducing noise, containing vibration, and absorbing shock from washing machines and other appliances. At 3/4 inch thick, our recycled rubber floor protector mats are thick enough to protect most floors from falling parts. In our warehouse, we protect our exterior asphalt floors by resting pallets weighing up to 2500lbs on these heavy duty floor protection mats. One of the biggest concerns commonly associated with rubber matting is its installation. This 3ft x 4ft anti vibration mat weighs roughly 100lbs and stays down under its own weight. I did not buy this unit from Amazon but rather from a Chinese electronics dealer in my area. Haier is very popular in China and the machine came highly recommended by the dealer.
The dealer delivered it to me, set it up and away we went. I have had this unit for about a month and here are my comments:
1) The unit is quieter than a traditional laundry machine.
2) I have had no problems with balancing the machine or with water intake. It fills quickly so long as there is high water pressure. The machine balances itself by stopping and starting until the clothes are balanced.
3) The high water level can accommodate a lot of clothes. I do about 3 loads a week: shirts/undies, pants, and towels.
4)It uses a lot less soap than traditional washers (about half I would say)
5)The regular wash runs for about 45 mins which I found excessive. The quickwash runs for about 22 minutes and I find that my clothes are perfectly clean. I only use the regular wash for very soiled items.
6) My unit came with casters so I had no problem. You may also buy casters at the hardware store... the casters are fairly standard.
7) Hooking it up to the sink did require a trip to the hardware store but it was easy to find the adapter as I brought the intake hose with me.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Haier HLP23E Electronic 1-1/2-Cubic-Foot Touch Pulsator Top-Loading Portable Washing Machine

Ideal for small apartments or homes with limited space, this portable washing machine connects to a sink in just five easy steps with the included quick-connect sink adapter. The appliance features a 1-1/2-cubic-foot tub that can accommodate loads both large and small, plus an electronic control panel with an LED display for simple operation. Choose from four wash cycles (soak, wash, rinse, or spin); four water-level settings (very low, low, medium, or high), depending on the size of the load; and six cycle programs (standard, heavy, gentle, quick wash, wash, or spin). It also provides a power "on/off" button, a "start/pause" button for starting or pausing the wash cycle, function indicator lights, a beep to signal the end of the cycle, and automatic shut-off after about 10 minutes. Leveling legs make it possible to stabilize the unit even if it sits on uneven ground, and its see-through top lid allows for checking in on the wash cycle at a glance. To ensure safety, the unit will not operate with the lid open. Accessories include a power-cord clip, a water inlet hose, a drain-hose outlet plug, a gooseneck drain hook, a drain hose clamp, a lint filter, and a water filter--both filters can be removed for cleaning as needed. Fully assembled, the CSA-approved washing machine measures 19-11/16 by 21-1/8 by 34-23/32 inches and carries a one-year warranty.

Get 8% OFF

Click here for more information about Haier HLP23E Electronic 1-1/2-Cubic-Foot Touch Pulsator Top-Loading Portable Washing Machine
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466871210356410425.post-30589940816190508452012-03-29T08:34:00.000-04:002012-03-29T08:34:00.897-04:00LG WT5101HW 27 5.2 cu. They dont all wash well or fill with enough water. I was concerned, however, with how cheap many of the standard old school washers are made these days. They dont even offer long term warranties on the motor. So after reading so many positive reviews for this LG top loader I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. This thing is awesome. Its efficient but washes clothes well. It has many options including an option to include more water in the wash. Not as efficient but you have the choice! You can pause the wash to add more clothes unlike other HE top loaders. Also this thing has huge capacity for clothes. You'll never have issues with an overstuffed washing machine (well within reason). The tub on this thing is huge and all stainless steel. It cleans really well, oh and a 10 year warranty on the great direct drive motor. The Bravos and GE Harmony were nice as well but they didnt have some of the options I wanted which the LG had. In fact I think LG made or designed the Harmony for GE? I know they make many of the Kenmore's

Click Here to see more reviews about: LG WT5101HW 27 5.2 cu. Ft. In this case, it's even more gentle. Loaded with some hard-hitting innovations like deep cleaning WaveForce technology and ColdWash option, it's gentler on your fabrics. The hottest thing in cold clean Now using the cold cycle on your washer doesn't mean compromising how clean your clothes are. ColdWash Technology uses cold water and enhanced washing motions to penetrate deep into fabrics, giving you the cleaning performance of warm water with the energy savings of cold water. Smarter in many ways Saving water doesn't mean compromising cleaning power. At least not when you have the SmartRinse Jet Spray System. It provides better rinsing performance while making more efficient use of water at the same time. 5.2 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Towers of towels, piles of sweatshirts, and a mountain of jeans? Go for it. The Ultra-Capacity (5.2 cu. ft.) washer lets you do more laundry in fewer loads. That's time saved and sore backs avoided. Count on it When you buy a washer, you don't want to worry that it won't last. Because the Direct Drive Motor uses fewer moving parts and operates more efficiently, LG confidently backs the motor with a 10-year warranty. Catch the wave If you thought water had done all it could to clean your clothes, you haven't experienced WaveForce technology. Rapid drum movement and powerful water jets provide outstanding washing and rinsing performance, while staying gentle on clothes. No rude awakenings No need to announce to the whole house when one load has come out and another has gone in. The SlamProof Lid is safe, convenient and noise-reducing. Super clean Some stains are so nasty it's hard to imagine how they'll ever come out. The cheap plastic door frame is all that holds the door onto the metal hinges. We have no children in the house and there is no abuse to the door other than normal open/closing so over time the cheap plastic cracks around the top hinge (in my case) and there's nothing holding the door onto the hinge now so it hangs when you open it. Eventually the whole frame cracks and the door has to be replaced. It's costly and ridiculous that you have to throw an otherwise good door into the landfill every year. Disappointed with this product and should have done more research before buying it becasue there are many bad reviews online for this product. Do yourself a favor and look at another front load space saving washer before purchasing.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Maytag MAH2400AWW Energy Star 24'' Compact Front Load Washer with 22 Cycles - MA

Energy Star 24'' Compact Front Load Washer with 22 Cycles - MAH2400A

Click here for more information about Maytag MAH2400AWW Energy Star 24'' Compact Front Load Washer with 22 Cycles - MA
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466871210356410425.post-39201278810630637312012-03-27T14:29:00.000-04:002012-03-27T14:29:00.183-04:00LG: WM3875H 27'' Front-Load Washer with 4.8 cu. ft. They easily get cross-thread if the appliance is moved often. I've owned mine over 9 years and is still functioning in spite of being cross-thread. I managed to tighten it securely enough as to not leak. Looking to buy replacement, but 90+ dollars is a bit steep.

Click Here to see more reviews about: Maytag Clothes Washer / Washing Machine Water Valve 22003245

Maytag Neptune Washer Valve 22003245

Click here for more information about Maytag Clothes Washer / Washing Machine Water Valve 22003245
friedapricehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09614114998214320906noreply@blogger.com0
