So, I would warn against purchasing this type of washer. Clean is good, but the damage has been expensive!

(More customer reviews)We didn't buy this through Amazon.com, but got it at the Home Depot. It was on sale. We did all our research and found that Samsung won the JD Power award. However, we read reviews about Samsung not cleaning the clothes well. It was between Samsung and LG. We decided to go with LG. They came in 4th on JD Power, but had good reviews. Some reviews commented the vibration. They were right. When the machine is on rise cycle, it really vibrates. Hey, throw out the anti-vibration system because there isn't one when it is on this cycle. It might have been also attributed to being on the pedestal. It vibrates so so much that it shakes the dryer next to it, and they are not even touching each other. This is why I gave it a 4 rating. Also, another thing I didn't like was the door. It swings open, so it would bang against the table next to my washer. I heard that some other washers have a stiff opening that would stay as you open the door. This might be a minor thing. I also had a problem with the cycle itself. You can't stop and start the cycle. For instance, if you wanted to just run the spin mode, it won't let you do this. You have to run the whole cycle over again. Overall, I like the washer. It has simple control. The clothes come out clean. It has all the bells and whistles. I have not try the steam cycle yet, but I heard it's awesome. I'll let you know. Lastly, this washer looks really nice in our laundry room. I can't stop looking at it. This is like a work of art that you can't stop staring at it. Even with the good looks, I'm wondering how long this machine will last. We had a Whirlpool that lasted 9 years. I hope this LG will last 10 years and more.

(More customer reviews)We purchased this washer, matching dryer and pedestals about six months ago from a local appliance store. The dryer works fine. Both appliances look great, sturdy and well-built.The problem is the washer does not get the cloths clean. My white stocks, T shirts and other white cloths come out stained and gray. We had a standard Maytag for 20 years that got the clothes nice and clean. This washer simply doesn't do the job. After numerous contacts with the company, there appears to be no solution. I can't, in all honesty, sell this product to an unknowing buyer. Our only solution at this time is to buy a new washer and matching dryer and consign this one to the dump. So long to $2,200 plus.

My new furniture was annoying as it was hard to close the reclining sofa, loveseat, and rocker without sliding, causing me to have to almost slam the recliner shut. Not any more with these little gadgets! Now I enjoy my furniture without sliding all over the place. I used these on finished hardwood floors, and I can't really see them so they don't take away from the beauty of the furniture! If you have reclining furniture, you won't be dissappointed. I only wish I had purchased a few more for my washer!
I suggest buying these much cheaper directly from the distributor, Mars Distributing, Inc. (DMI) [...], as on sale from $3.85/pack of 4 (for 1 pack) to $3.23/pack of 4 (for 12 packs), depending on how many you purchase, the more you buy, the cheaper the cost/pack. Protect your walls and furniture from damage by not allowing the Bed, Couch, Reclining Chair or Large Chair from making contact with it.Just Lift the corner of the furniture and Slide the pad under the leg.
