(More customer reviews)We purchased this washer, matching dryer and pedestals about six months ago from a local appliance store. The dryer works fine. Both appliances look great, sturdy and well-built.The problem is the washer does not get the cloths clean. My white stocks, T shirts and other white cloths come out stained and gray. We had a standard Maytag for 20 years that got the clothes nice and clean. This washer simply doesn't do the job. After numerous contacts with the company, there appears to be no solution. I can't, in all honesty, sell this product to an unknowing buyer. Our only solution at this time is to buy a new washer and matching dryer and consign this one to the dump. So long to $2,200 plus.
