(More customer reviews)Being that the pad was a) used for cleaning and b) white cotton type material, I washed the pads on a normal cycle in hot/hot mode. Big mistake. They shrunk by an incredible amount such that they do not fit the steamer. The pads are rather a narrow fit to begin with and even the most minimal shrinkage would thus create a problem. If you purchase this, just don't make my mistake and ruin them in the wash cycle.
