(More customer reviews)We bought this machine for the high efficiency and large capacity. After several uses, we have noticed due to this machine not having a agitator our loads of whites did not appear clean. A locked lid seems problematic, and inconvenient. Also this machine requires a specific type of detergent. All in all the high efficiency machine does use less energy and less water, but does not clean adequately.
