(More customer reviews)I bought this LG washer on Feb. 28 from Home Depot. It was delivered later that week, and it has been DEFECTIVE from the beginning. When it entered the spin cycle, it shook so violently it jumped six inches across the floor! I called LG who sent a repairman. He said he thought the drum and suspension were broken, and he needed to order those parts. He came back this weekend with the parts and spent SIX HOURS taking the whole machine apart in my living room and putting in the new parts. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK! When I called LG again, I asked for a replacement machine. They said all they could do was send the repairman back again. I told them it was unacceptable, that I had paid close to $1000 for a brand-new machine, not a Frankenstein one of refurbished parts! They still refused. I have since found hundreds of consumer complaints on the web about LG washers. I wish I had read them before my purchase. So don't make my mistake - DO NOT BUY AN LG WASHER!
